Nor, unless Invention City Inc. has made itself a party to a relationship through a written contract as detailed above, shall it be Liable for Damages arising out of any patent or other commercial disputes arising from any relationship begun or conducted at Invention City. Nor, unless Invention City Inc. has made itself a party to a financing arrangement through a written contract as detailed above, shall Invention City be Liable for Damages arising from an actual or potential venture with, investment in or business financing arrangement with any individual or company listed at or linked from Invention City.

All submissions from inventors to Invention City, its Partners or any individual or company listed at or linked from Invention City, whether electronically, aurally, by mail or other courier, shall either be non-confidential, or shall be provided under the terms of a prior executed confidential disclosure agreement between the inventor and the appropriate parties. The individual, company or other entity submitting non-confidential information or submitting confidential information without having first executed a confidential disclosure agreement with Invention City Inc., its Partners or any individual or company listed at or from Invention City as detailed above, surrenders any and all claims to the information provided and holds harmless Invention City Inc. and any and all individuals, principals, agents, companies or other entities associated with Invention City Inc., of any and all claims or direct and consequential losses attributable to such submitted information.

Those individuals, companies or other entities which submit non-confidential or confidential information without the protection of a properly executed Disclosure Agreement with Invention City Inc., have done so either at the direction or instruction of an attorney skilled in protecting intellectual property, or have chosen to forfeit the right to seek advice of counsel and release claim to the information except to the extent that such information is or becomes protected under a validly issued and in-force U.S. patent.

The name Invention City, the Invention City logo and all original text and artwork included on this site are trademarks and/or copyrights of Invention City Inc. Use is strictly prohibited without prior, written, authorization. Violators will be prosecuted.
